Dr. Vinay Bathineni holds a Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. from JNTU University Hyderabad. He is involved in R&D, management, sales, business development, and implementing method development solutions in Clinical, Bioanalytical, and Toxicology industries.

Vinay is a University Gold medalist, and published more than 10 research papers in reputable international journals. He also speaks at diverse conferences.

Vinay started as an application specialist with Phenomenex in 2013 handling the Sample prep techniques. He is now a Business Development Manager at Phenomenex India, overseeing method development for the CRO and BA/BE industries and hosts seminars, webinars, training, global coordination for all product lines that meshes into the clinical, BA-BE, and toxicology market segments in PAN India.
Manish Kumar has 11 years of experience in synthesizing, purifying, and characterizing unknown molecules and drugs. In his current role with Phenomenex, Manish supports Flash Chromatography business development in PAN India and also for all Phenomenex chromatography solutions in North India by providing onsite seminars, training & technical assistance to scientists using Flash Chromatography.

Before joining Phenomenex, Manish worked for Jubilant Chemsys and Mankind Research Centre as a research scientist for 6 years. Manish then joined Agela Technologies as application manager. Manish obtained his master’s degree in organic chemistry from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana).
Rahela Banu has a master’s degree in Micro Biology from Osmania University. She worked as a microbiologist in Royal Life Sciences analyzing FAMEs by Gas chromatography from various microbial samples. Later Rahela joined Merck as a Patient Support Counselor. She then joined Phenomenex as an Application Specialist for Gas Chromatography. In this role, Rahela has gained vast experience in handling customer Applications/Inquiries catering to wide extended market segments over the 9 years. 

Currently she is working as a Business Development Manager at Phenomenex India and provides seminars, webinars, trainings, global coordination, and market development in all product lines for PAN India.

Namrata Saxena is a Technical Specialist-Asia/Pacific with Phenomenex and is based in Sydney, Australia. She has a post graduate degree with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry from Jiwaji University, India. Namrata has extensive experience with analytical chemistry specially in the Liquid chromatography domain.

Before joining Phenomenex she was as a Product Specialist and spent several years in column chemistry, column manufacturing and method development in the application and manufacturing labs of Bischoff Chromatography, Germany.
Namrata has also gained research experience working in the Central Instrumentation Laboratory of India’s sole Pulp and Paper Research Organization.

In her present role as a Technical Specialist she provides technical assistance to customers globally, her current focus being on Omics and biologics product, application and troubleshooting support.
Brian Rivera is a Senior Product Manager at Phenomenex, with over 15 years in HPLC analysis of large molecules. Before joining Phenomenex, his previous industry experience includes positions at Chiron Corporation (now Novartis), ProZyme (now Agilent), and Avid Bioservices, performing protein purification as well as analytical methods development and in-process analytical support. His primary focus was on protein characterization by size exclusion, glycan mapping, and intact reversed phase HPLC methods.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis.
With more than 16 years of experience at Phenomenex, James has been responsible for providing specialist technical support to customers across Europe with method development assistance, troubleshooting advice and chromatographic solutions to various customer problems. James has also been involved with the technical training of many Phenomenex technical consultants, across the multiple techniques we serve.
