1. Achieving Maximum Uptime and Performance Through Advanced Long Life Column Hardware

HPLC column durability is vital for labs running high-throughput, multi-analyte LC-MS/MS workflows. Here, we compare Endrix Kinetex columns, designed with innovative hardware to extend column lifetime, to standard Kinetex columns for a 75-analyte LC-MS/MS urine toxicology panel. The seminar demonstrates how the advanced Endrix hardware improves longevity, robustness, and uptime.
2. Accelerating Steroid Analysis with Novel Polymeric Reversed Phase Magnetic Beads

Steroid hormones are key indicators of endocrine, reproductive, immune, and metabolic function. Traditional immunoassays can be limited by cross-reactivity and poor low-level quantitation. LC-MS/MS quantitation offers more accurate and more sensitive quantitation, but sample preparation methods like SPE can be burdensome and not easily automated. This study developed an LC-MS/MS workflow using StrataMag RP to simultaneously quantify eight clinically relevant steroid hormones in serum.
3. Streamlining Reverse T3 Extraction and LC-MS/MS Quantitation Using Magnetic Bead Extraction

Reverse triiodothyronine (rT3) is an endogenous thyroid hormone measured to evaluate thyroid hormone metabolism. Traditional sample preparation methods such as LLE and SPE can be labor-intensive which limits throughput. This study presents a magnetic bead extraction workflow using StrataMag RP for LC-MS/MS quantitation of rT3 in human serum, with compatibility for automated sample preparation.
