Shahana Huq is a Senior scientist within the applications laboratory at Phenomenex. She holds a MS in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles. Her work involves analytical method development, optimization and troubleshooting. She has more than 20 years of experience in R & D product and application development in sample clean up technologies and equipment including HPLC, mass spectrometers and robotic liquid handlers.
Mandana Fasth is the European Business Development Manager/Bioseparation specialist. Mandana received her master degree in Biochemistry graduated from Uppsala university in Sweden. Short after Mandana joined Pharmacia/GE Healthcare where she was appointed as Technical project manager and team leader for column development projects at R & D resulting in two LC columns commercially available on the market. Later she took on the responsibilities for generation of marketing materials by working at GE’s Application lab leading the activities resulting in multiple published materials by GE Healthcare. In addition to her experience within the field of bioseparation, Mandana contributed some years with analytical method development and preparative purification of small molecules including leading courses and training of chemists.
