Overview
Learn the essentials of Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) for biopharma - a key technique for assessing molecular size, detecting aggregates, and evaluating product purity and stability.

In this Fundamentals First Bio Series webinar, we’ll cover core SEC principles, instrumentation and column considerations, and best practices for method development and troubleshooting strategies.

Through real-world examples - including monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, AAVs, and nucleic acids - attendees will gain practical insights to improve method performance and confidence in their analytical results.
Key Learning Points
  • Understand core SEC principles and key terminology.
  • Select appropriate instrumentation, columns, and method conditions.
  • Apply practical method optimization and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Review of common SEC applications for biologics characterization.
Who Should Attend
  • Analytical scientists and researchers working in biopharma development.
  • Process development and QC teams supporting biomolecule characterization.
  • Scientists seeking a foundational understanding of SEC methods and best practices.
