Oligonucleotide Analysis and Purification: Method Development and Troubleshooting Techniques
Date: June 25 - 26, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM PT (Both Days)
Location: Online | Limited Capacity
Cost per person: $800 USD
- In this training we will discuss current chromatographic techniques being used as well as some of the challenges people have encountered with their oligonucleotide LC and LC-MS separations.
Practical Skills Acquired:
- As many organizations pivot towards developing Oligonucleotide Therapeutics, there is a widespread lack of knowledge in how to develop and optimize the various purification and analysis methods used to look at Oligonucleotide Therapeutics.
- This course will provide you with the following practical knowledge: how to apply chromatography to oligo workflows, fundamentals of LC and SPE for oligos, mobile phase and column selection, and oligo applications and method optimization
