Genevieve Hodson
Genevieve Hodson
Senior Technical Specialist, Phenomenex
Genevieve graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Chemistry located in her home town of Austin Texas. She spent 2 years of her undergraduate performing research in an Organic Chemistry Lab synthesizing intermediates. Out of school she spent 4 years as an Analytical Chemist in the QC and R&D Department of Cerilliant (a Sigma Millipore Company). There she worked with many analytical instruments but became an expert at LC by performing purity analysis, customer specific methods, validations, qc testing and stability studies on a wide range of small molecules including pharmaceuticals, pesticides, explosives and illegal substances. From there she moved to Los Angeles California where she worked at Johnson and Johnson and then a small dietary supplement company. After Genevieve spent a year living abroad in Israel raising her first son, she moved back to LA where she got hired as a Technical Specialist at Phenomenex. At Phenomenex she enjoys continuing to learn about chromatography every day through helping customer with all their chromatography needs!
Dr. Rajesh Babu Dandamudi
Technical Manager, Phenomenex
Dr. Rajesh Babu Holds M.Phil and Ph.D. from Sri Sathya Sai University, Andhra Pradesh. He has 13 years of experience in analytical chemistry. He has set up a mass spec facility and has done extensive analytical method development in the area of natural products, nutraceuticals, and clinical metabolomics. He has method development experience in LC, LC-MS/MS, LC-HRMS, GC, and GC-MS instruments. 
Dr. Rajesh worked as a faculty member at the same university and was involved in extensive research work. He has published more than 30 papers in international journals and has presented at more than 25 international and national conferences. 
In his current role as Technical Manager, Dr. Rajesh is involved with technical training and helps customers with their product recommendations, method development, and troubleshooting issues. Dr. Rajesh also delivers regular webinars on several interesting topics across the globe. He is also part of the global technical team that handles Live chat and all technical issues relating to our products globally. 
Dr. Venkat Reddy Thangella

Dr Venkat Reddy Thangella holds a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Osmania University, India, also a M.Sc. in Display Technology at Högskolan Dalarna University, Sweden, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Centre for Pharmaceutical Research and Development at ITT Dublin, Ireland. His first industrial career started in the Process Development Centre at Pfizer Global Manufacturing, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Ireland. He then moved to India and joined Sapala Organics Pvt. Ltd., as a Researcher in Medicinal chemistry. Later he joined Issar Pharmaceuticals
Pvt. Ltd., where he was leading the complete Peptide manufacturing, Purification, and Lyophilization divisions. Then later he moved to China and worked as a Chief Application Scientist at Hanbon Science Technology Co. Ltd., China. There he managed their small- to large-scale Preparative Chromatography Application facilities. Dr Venkat has broad experience in the Synthesis, Process development, Purification, and scale-up of Peptide APIs, with extensive knowledge of handling sophisticated instruments in Peptide API manufacturing including Auto Peptide synthesizers, Prep HPLC (DAC/SAC), and Flash Chromatography, and Lyophilizers. He is also the author of various publications in reputed international journals. Currently, Dr Venkat holds a Sr Manager - Business Development position at Phenomenex India. In this current role, Dr Venkat is responsible for leading India Business development group and managing business development in Pharma, Biopharma, Food/Environmental Testing, Clinical and Forensic, and Life Science Industries. He is also responsible for India & JKOSEA regions Bulk media and Preparative Chromatography Business Development and Sales
